Ashton Marine Services is not liable for any loss of parcels where an incorrect address has been given.
Any damage to any parcels must be reported within 5 working days of delivery .
All products can be returned free of charge as long as they are in the original state that they have been sent up to 14 days after delivery.
Ashton Marine Services is not liable for any problems of any type where the product has not been used as directed by the manufacture.
Do not use our LanoShield spray if the tamper proof cap has been opened and please notify us as soon as possible.
Ashton Marine Services will provide refunds within 5 working days. Please note that refunds by online card payments normally an additional 5 working days to process.
We reserve the right to record all phone calls and emails apart from credit card and other payment details.
